Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship to DHC
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
